I’m going to tell you about my great great
Uncle Eddie. He is my Nana’s Uncle and he
died in his 80s.

He was very tall and quite skinny. He was
so funny. He had grey hair, my aunty Mona
can’t drive so my Uncle Eddie drove everywhere!

Uncle Eddie lived with my great great aunty
Mona in Naenae but he is dead now.

I don’t now what he did because
I didn’t see him much. But I have seen
a photo of him in some kind of uniform.

He was so fantastic he played with me and
told me really cool things.

He was a lot of fun and I loved to see him.
I do miss him a lot.

For other people with
great, great Uncles you should try to see them
a lot because they can be a lot of fun.

My little brother Levi is one year old.

Levi has short brown hair, blue eyes, five teeth, a nice smile and Levi is very playful.

Levi lives in my house and sleeps in the smallest bedroom.

Levi walks and crawls, he eats mushed up food.

I love little Levi because he is so sweet.

Renee is my cousin. She is my Aunties daughter
also my Uncles daughter. My cousin is part of my Mum’s family.

Renee has one sister, one brother and a mum and dad.

Renee has thick brown hair, she is tall, and she is 16 years old. She also smells nice. Every time I see her she looks nice, she is always wearing nice clothes.

She lives in Upperhutt, with a stony driveway,
Renee’s bedroom is really cool.

Renee always swings me around and hugs me a lot.
She lifts me up high all the time.

She plays with us when we go round.

Cousins are fun to play with, and awesome to share things with!!!!!!

A Special Hello to a Classmate.

Hi everybody...

Did you know that heaps of us have been really sick?

We have missed our classmates and hope they get better soon and come back to school.

This week we have been swimming and we have been really tired becuase of all the hard work we have done in the pool.

Our parents had a chance to meet and talk with our teacher.We were pleased with our results.

It was fun making our cloaks about the Olympics. It took a lot of hard work and we are really pleased with our results.

On Friday 29th August our school had Daffodil Day. We brought in a gold coin and we made lots of money .

We have been buzzy bees with all our work and because of this we all got special time.

Many of the people in Room 7, like playing shops with play dough and the connects. We have been doing report writing about a family member, lots of people have done really well.

For quite a long time Room 7 have been doing something called my greatest feat.We had to measure our steps.

Our teacher is going away in two weeks to a wedding,while she is gone a cool teacher as cool as Mrs McK , called Mrs Smith is teaching us.

So far we have had a really cool term!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Art Splash Concert!!

Kia ora we are going to tell you about are amazing chior concert at Art splash!!!

We had to sing 11 songs at the rehersal and the concrert,it was really hard because we had to stand up on each song.Then these girls and a man came on stage,they played this type of music, they used drums and played really loud!

Behind where we were sitting ready to sing there was a big screen that showed dancing girls in front of the stage.There were many schools and we were accompained by an ochestra.

Miss Sawers and Miss Baines helped us a lot with the practices, and they gave up their Wednesday and Friday lunchtimes.

We had 2 big practices.We performed at the Michael Fowler centre, at 8.00pm.It was really fun and we tryed our hardest.

Being in the choir has been really good for all of us.We got to sing new songs and even though we were from the same school, we made new friends.

If you like to sing,then join a choir.

Giraffes are very smart and clever. They are Mammals. Giraffes can grow up to 18 feet long.

Giraffes live in Savona They like leaves from the tree tops and are very friendly.


Giraffes have got a long blue tongue long legs and a long spotted neck.

A giraffe spreads its legs out when it drinks. So cool.

My nana is nice. Her name is Pauline. She is my mum’s mum.

My nana has curly hair. She has a nice smile. She
smells nice. She’s beautiful, cuddly and lovely.

My nana lives in Wellington with my grandpa and
with my uncle. His name is Nate.

My nana gives me lollies. I talk to her on the phone.

When she goes on holiday’s, she gets me lots of presents.

It’s cool having a Nana, because they always care about you.

Being the Student Representative

Hi I’m Ella and I am the Student Rep which means I have to go to the Student council meetings on Tuesday after lunch.

There are many students in the school council.
At the moment we are talking about Adventure Idol and its going to be fun!!!

There are 2 age groups year 3, 4 and 5 and 6, 7 and 8.

The to winners go head to head I can’t tell you the prizes but they are awesome!
